I, first and Foremost, retain the right to use the commissioned piece for personal use (EX: Art portfolio, Social Media Posts, etc)
I prohibit commercial use and any NFT's made of my art. The piece is for you and you only.
I have the right to decline any request or cancel any commission due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be given a full refund !
You can not change the request once I've started. When I show the final piece you may suggest small tweaks, but anything major or larger and it will require additional payment.
All payments will be via Ko-Fi, Paypal or Cashapp
You have a choice of paying in full upfront, 50/50, or partial payments
I will ALWAYS keep you up to date via the Discord server for my commissions. Therefore, do not mute pings or the whole server in general if you wish to be notified of progress on the request.
Do not post any W.I.P's I send you on any social media.
Always give credit/tag me when you use/post the final product.
Do not try to rush me. This includes enforcing me to hurry up when you've paid someone else for a commission who needs a reference sheet to complete the commission you've asked from them. Those take me the longest to do...
If you are paying via A Paypal invoice, I set it to be 90 days from the date it was recieved for it to be paid. So you have 90 days to pay the commission fully. I will send you reminders that will be sent to your email within the last month before it's due.
The prices are fixed and as stated before could be paid in full or 50/50 but at least some portion has to be paid upfront or I'm not starting it.

Extra notes
A basic part of each ref sheet is showcasing a front & back of the character & any layers they may have to their outfit on one half. Full bodies mentioned above are for more expressive splash arts on the other half of the sheets !
Headshots, Bust-ups, Half-Body, & Full-bodies will have an expression/poses of your choosing! I just need references of them so i can list them down.
I will include small notes, a color palette, and close ups of small details on your character's design for other artists to make use of!
The whole reference sheet is Lightly Shaded unless stated otherwise.
